Fr. 1253 10¢ Third Issue PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.An absolutely magnificent, hand-signed red back 10 cent that numbers right up there with the very finest known examples. The colors are spectacular. The original embossing is boldly pronounced and the note is ideally centered on both sides between perfectly even margins. A very desirable note.
