    Double Oval Ten Cent Experimental

Milton 2E10F.4d 10¢ Second Issue Experimental PCGS Banknote Choice AU 58.
This note was last on the market in May of 2005 utilizing the following write-up: "An interesting and rare piece that is not stamped or punched and has two distinct bronze ovals around Washington's portrait. This is not simply a heavily printed oval. It's two ovals that have been placed on the note at separate times. One is the normal bronzing, and the other the heavier experimental bronzing that embossed its way through to the blank back. Previously lot 940 of our MRF sale, but acquired by Tom O'Mara at a later date."
