    Rare Fr. 1336 Choice Uncirculated Spinner

    Fr. 1336 50¢ Third Issue Spinner PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
    This rare Spinner note has three monster margins and bright bronze ink. It is our belief that only about 20 or so examples exist for this number in all grades combined. PMG has examined thirteen (certainly including some repeats) with a single 65 and this and two other 64s just below it. The third party grading service has noted "as made ink" on the back label. This ink is actually press bed smearing which is common on Fractional notes and occurs when the sheet is pulled off the press. A well preserved piece that is definitely worthy of a strong bid.
