    Fr. 1271 15¢ Fourth Issue PCGS Choice New 63PPQ.
    This is an example of the only circulating fifteen-cent fractional note that ever entered the streams of commerce. It is the variety with the smaller red seal and the blue end, which was due to fibers placed in the paper as an anti-counterfeiting device.
