Rules for Redemption Pamphlet Contained in a Printed Spinner Free-Franked Envelope Feb. 13, 1869
The envelope is boldly addressed to Count Le Diable in Plymouth, Vermont and it is entirely in Spinner's hand, written with his famous three-nibbed pen. The remarkable thing about this particular set of paper money redemption rules plus envelope is that the envelope was cut open on the end and thus this act perfectly preserved the red wax redemption division stamp seal on the back. The rules for redemption cover four pages and they are a must for the serious paper money collector. These redemption rule forms are much scarcer than their estimates imply.
