    Fr. 1231 5c First Issue Very Choice New. Printed on the typical bright yellow paper is this very scarce straight edge without monogram note. The paper is crisp and fresh with three excellent margins and a tighter fourth. The back centering is very nice and the visual appeal is not to be questioned. The overall paper quality of this note is so nice that this cataloger was hard pressed to only deem this Choice New.
