Fr. 1265 10c Fifth Issue Fifty Notes. Without question, this is an original pack, missing only its Five Dollar band. The notes square-up perfectly, have precisely the same tone, and almost all are from the same three plates and the two same position letters. Fifth Issue Ten Cent packs, when they are encountered, are invariably the short key Fr. 1266. This pack is made-up entirely of notes with Choice centering. The side margins are excellent, the top margin a bit narrow and the bottom margin very broad. A few have minor corner bumps, but the great majority grade Very Choice New.
From The Collection of Louis E. Eliasberg, Sr. (Total: 50 notes)
