    Description

Milton 2E25F.3a 25¢ Second Issue Experimental Choice New. Not stamped or punched, and on a thinner, lighter bond paper that has a slightly yellow tinge. Previously lot 961 of our MRF Sale where it realized $880. It likely traces its origin to the Chapman brothers, who owned a partial sheet.
