    Description

Two Consecutive Well Preserved NY $500s

Fr. 2202-B $500 1934A Federal Reserve Notes. Two Consecutive Examples. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ; Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
A well preserved duo with nice embossing is in this lot. The second note has earned the higher PMG grade. A look at our archives reveals that the last PMG 65 EPQ example of this Friedberg number to cross our auction block realized $3,840 in January 2021 and the last 64 EPQ fetched $3,600 last January, too. This near-identical quality pair should make a serious run at surpassing the combined total of the two pieces that crossed our auction block at FUN 2021. (Total: 2 notes)
