First Offering in More Than Two Decades

Fr. 1958-I* $5 1934B Federal Reserve Note. PMG Extremely Fine 40.
This is a very rare star which, according to Track & Price, has not been offered at public sale during the past twenty years. It is listed in the Schwartz and Lindquist reference at $600 in Very Fine and $2000 in CU, but those values are highly theoretical since no examples have been offered in recent years. Our archives show that none has ever been offered in any Heritage sale, and this is the sole example PMG has graded. There is a small split and a bit of ink at the portrait, both of which affect little.
