Excessively Rare 1928B $5 Boston Star - First Public Offering

Fr. 1952-A* $5 1928B Federal Reserve Note. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.
A true wonder note for the small size star specialist as this is the first example of this very rare star to ever to be publicly offered. Track & Price lists no examples in their census but the Schwartz-Lindquist reference does list one serial number. The sole piece graded by PMG, this offering displays a different number than the one in the Schwartz-Lindquist reference. This is the first chance any collector has ever had to acquire this tough replacement note. It is as pretty as it rare with great color and only its centering limits its grade.
