    Description

1969-A $10 Federal Reserve Note, Fr-2019-H, Very Fine. This is an interesting error that documents stages of its life. The first stage is when this note received a light second printing, it was discovered by a BEP inspector and marked with a red crayon for removal, which it wasn't. The final documentation comes after the note picked up some circulation. A teller thought this was possibly a counterfeit note due to the light face printing. The teller's initials and date (BJS 1-30-73) were written in blue ink on the face.
