DescriptionFr. 1924-D $1 1999 Federal Reserve Note. About Uncirculated.
This is a major foldover error that affects the entire left half of the note. The foldover occurred between the first printing and the second printing. It received the second and third printings on the back. The district seal, serial number, and part of the portrait was printed on the back. Remember when it comes to errors, folds that are associated with the making of the error do not count against the note. A pre-printing paper crinkle is noticed, too.
