    Description

    Fr. 237 $1 1923 Silver Certificate PMG Very Fine 30.
    One of the longest and widest gutters on a large size note that we have ever offered at auction. The gutter starts off in the upper left corner and proceeds diagonally through the Treasury Seal and the eighth character of the serial number. It comes to rest just above the "S" in "Silver" at bottom center. The measurements of this gutter on this plate letter D note are close to four inches long and its widest point is 5mm.
