    Fr. 1915-F $1 1988A Federal Reserve Note. PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ.
    The H4 sheet position (lower right corner for a 32-subject sheet) proves again to be error-prone. This Atlanta $1 suffered from a foldover after the second (face) printing, but before the the third printing that applies the seals and the serial numbers. This put part of the Treasury Seal and two district numbers on the back.
