    Second Print Doubled Error Fr. 1972-J $5 1969C Federal Reserve Note. PMG Extremely Fine 40.
    The face double printing affects the obligation clause, the signatures, the series, the right face plate number, and "Washington, DC." There is enough separation between the two printings that each printing is distinguishable. A tear is mentioned on the back label.
