"King of Errors" Series 1934D $5/$10 Kansas City Double Denomination

Fr. 1960-J $5/$10 1934D Federal Reserve Note. Double Denomination Error PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
A beautifully margined and utterly flawless example of the famed "King of Errors," a double denomination pairing a $5 face with a $10 back. This piece is bright, fresh, and possesses that "right from the pack" appearance that is so difficult to find in today's market. We sold a PMG 64 EPQ specimen in January of 2011 which fetched over $20,000, and, in today's stronger market, this lovely double denomination could easily reach or possibly exceed that figure.
