DescriptionHB-76 EP-105 10¢ Burnett's Cocoaine Extremely Fine.
The most common denomination of the Burnett's Cocoaines and listed in Fred Reed's definitive book as an R-4 indicating to 31 to 40 known, which is likely just about accurate. The case is a lovely olive brown, slightly darker at the bottom. There is a splash of silver behind several of the letters giving the piece an even nicer appearance. The stamp is well centered, fresh and essentially flawless. The mica is lightly disturbed below the left hand tab, but it is quite inconsequential. A very nice piece.
