DescriptionHB-154 EP-119 10¢ Irving House - Hunt & Nash Ribbed Frame About New. The ribbed-frame face of the case is flawless, the stamp is beautifully fresh and the mica is essentially perfect. The back of the case is a mixture of the light brass color typical of these Irving House pieces and some mottled reddish tone, creating a highly attractive overall appearance. Although a few Ribbed Frame pieces are known other than the J. Gault and Irving House issues, it is likely that, of Gault's customers, only Irving House actually ordered Ribbed Frame examples. A highly attractive and important piece of Encased Postage.
