    While President Elect, Abraham Lincoln spent his final week in Illinois at the Tremont House prior to heading to Washington for his inauguration. The case on this encased example is just about perfect with a nice medium glossy brown color. The stamp is full fresh, with ideal coloration, and the mica has a few minor craze marks at the edges but is primarily problem free.
