    HB-115 EP-166 24¢ Ellis McAlpin & Company Very Fine.
    The case is a nice chocolate brown, but it is totally defect free and very attractive. is 100% clear, with no cracks, crazes or disturbances of any kind. The stamp has discolored to a light blue-green color. Surprisingly, the 24¢ is one of the most common denominations for this merchant and one of the more available of the 24¢ encasements.
