    Condition Census T-2

T2 $500 1861. This is a magnificent example of this rarity that was acquired at least forty years ago when our consignor was at his busiest. Few of the survivors of the mere 607 pieces issued could rival this example. We have reason to believe this note is one of the top five as far as grade and condition that exists today. It offers spectacular colors and just a hint of a center fold. The edges are solid and there is a spot of adhesive along the back left edge. An endorsement is found on the back and at center are several pinholes. The note does curl up when taken from its holder. This is simply a beautiful example of a rare note that is certain to delight even the most fastidious of collectors. Choice About Uncirculated.
