    T59 $10 1863 PF-12 Cr. 440
    T60 $5 1863 PF-4 Cr. 450
"A bad day in the cutting and trimming department" sums up these two notes. The $5 is neatly but badly cut with quarter-inch of the adjacent note appearing on the right. The blue cutting guide that should have been used is still visible on the back. On the $10, those shears went swooping up into the bottom of the design on the left end. The $5 grades Very Good, with a tattered end, probably from a careless dismount, while the $10 grades Fine, with an ink splotch in the Register signer's signature. (Total: 2 notes)
