    All of these bonds depict the building in Richmond that was used for the CSA executive offices and Treasury Department. These bonds have the following ailments, some paper separation along the folds, ink erosion, and aging. All have been mounted with stamp hinges, except for one of the Ball 263's. It was glued at top center on to black construction paper.
