A fabled bond issue of the Confederacy as it was floated overseas in London and the Continent with the backing of the Erlanger financial empire. All of these bonds were in fact signed by Baron Emile Erlanger. Each bond has had four coupons redeemed. Many of these bonds were destroyed by the Erlanger family in the mid-1960s. Fine-Very Fine, minor pencil writing.
