    Albert Pike Signed Check $10 May 31, 1879.
    Pike lived in Washington, DC after the war and died there in 1891. This Fine check made out to "Myself" was signed on both sides by Pike and drawn on The National Metropolitan Bank. It has been cut cancelled and spiked. Included with this lot are a portrait, a framed page with the words, "Confederate Generals" at top center, and a page of biographical information.
