    CT13/56A Counterfeit $100 1861 Two Examples.
    These are Upham woodcut counterfeits. One VF example has retained, "Fac-simile Confederate Note.-Sold Wholesale and Retail, by S.C. Upham 403 Chestnut St Philadelphia." in the bottom margin. It also has edge pieces missing plus edge tears with the longest being approximately one inch long. The other piece grades Fine with soiling, edge tears up to approximately 1.25 inches long, and a couple of small internal holes. (Total: 2 notes)
