    Description

    T70 $2 1864.
An example of the last of the three Confederate issues of $2 notes. Evidence of a prior mounting is noticed on the back of this note that also displays a few light pink lines on the back, likely from having been mounted on lined paper and the note having gotten wet at some point. Areas of staining and a few small edge splits are observed. Very Fine-Extremely Fine.
