    T68 $10 1864 PF-44 Cr. 552 Uncut Sheet of Eight.
A second 10 Series uncut sheet that is printed on both sides. However, the war came to an end and serial numbers and signatures were not applied. A complete Confederate Treasury Stamp is found at upper right, in the right selvage is the name of plate engraver Frame, and the back right margin has the plate engraver name of Bryce. We cannot recall seeing the name of Bryce before. The most recent 1864 uncut sheet of eight to cross our auction block was a T69 $5 PF-11 Cr. 565 in PMG 62 Net that closed at $2,875 in January 2012. This PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 sheet should climb above that amount. PMG informs us on the back label that the sheet is unaffected by issues in the selvage. This handling and aging is minor.
