    Description

    CT65 "Havana" Counterfeit $100 1864.
This is a very nice example of this famous counterfeit that has plate letter D, written signatures, machine printed five-digit serial numbers, no space between standing soldier's body and elbow, smaller dimensions than a genuine note, and the back is a lighter shade of blue than that of a genuine note. These have been very popular in the marketplace as we have recently sold a couple in this same grade in the $300-$400 price range. PCGS Choice New 63.
