    Description

    CT65 "Havana" Counterfeit $100 1864.
This is a very nice example of this famous counterfeit that has plate letter D, written signatures, machine printed five-digit serial numbers, no space between standing soldier's body and elbow, small dimensions than a genuine note, and the back is a lighter shade of blue than that of a genuine note. PCGS notes there are minor mounting remnants on the back and they are indeed very minor. A really attractive note that has been very popular in the market place as they don't appear often. PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.
