    Description

1864 $100 Lucy Pickens in center; Two Soldiers on left; George W. Randolph on right, T-65, VF-XF. The paper is crisp but has several light bends that keep the note from a higher grade that its excellent look seems to justify. The margins are close with the left slightly into the design. The right corners show heavier handling along with some light soil on the back.
