    The signatures remain bold on this PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ note that features a central vignette of the State capitol at Richmond, VA. C.G. Memminger's portrait appears at the lower right. He served as the Secretary of the Treasury of the Confederacy from 1861 to 1864. "FEBRUARY, 1864." is stamped in red ink as the "actual date of issue."
