DescriptionT52 $10 1862 PF-8 Cr. 378A.
This note is the variety with a second engravers name on the bottom left. "Ptd. by Evans and Cogswell" has been erased, but it is still discernible. Fricke lists this variety as an R-11. It has been double hammer cancelled and has a rough top margin and corner tip folds. A nice example of this extremely rare type. Fine.
Estimate: $500 - $750.
