Description

    T48 $10 1862 XX3.
The T48 $10 is printed on thin onion-skin paper with the Keatings [sic] & Ball, Columbus [sic], S.C. imprint. The naturally wide margins make this appear to be printed from a single impression plate. This is much like the T46 design, with Agriculture seated at the top center. The rest of the layout is like the T47, with a Hunter at the lower right and dies in the other corners. Signatures are engraved. PCGS grades this note Apparent Very Good 10 due to a large collection of the normally expected minor maladies such as small splits, tears, minor damage, and stains for a note in this condition.
