DescriptionT46 $10 1862 PF-2 Cr. 343.
Type 46 notes were a "stealth product" of Hoyer & Ludwig, produced after the firm had allegedly been stripped of its contracts because it chose not to relocate to Columbia, SC with the rest of the printers in 1862. The Treasury periodically used the firm in later years when it found itself short on production capacity. The note grades Very Good, with no repairs or meaningful damage.
