This is an attractive, moderately circulated example of the scarce Fricke variety that has "J Whatman 1862" watermarked paper and a 1863 issue date and is assigned a Rarity 10 rating. To add to its appeal, it was also issued by William J. Clark of the 8th Regiment, Virginia Cavalry. PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30, with a small edge tear and minor mounting remnants.
