DescriptionT41 $100 1862 PF-53 Cr. 325A.
A sharp Uncirculated note, this example was processed on January 6, 1863 and was issued by A.B. Ragan, Major in the Quartermaster Department, CSA on May 19 of that year. It also bears a scarce black Knoxville 1864 IP stamp. This was actually applied in Atlanta, GA, as Knoxville had fallen into Union hands in November, 1863. A pretty note with lots of interesting details.
