DescriptionT41 $100 1862 PF-25 Cr. 318A.
Printed on paper watermarked CSA in vertical block letters, this $100 has a large format Montgomery Depository stamp showing that it was issued to the field on January 1, 1863 as well as a black Jackson MS IP stamp paying interest to January 1, 1865. The date on the IP stamp has been modified by manually writing a "5" over the "4" in the original 1864 date. PCGS grades the note Apparent Choice About New 58 due to minor mounting remnants on both the face and back. These are virtually impossible to locate through the holder and therefore have minimal if any impact on this note's desirability.
