Processed on November 27, 1862, this "Hoer" note is fully framed and on bright paper with an unoxidized "HUNDRED" protector. Signed by Watts and Snead, the note is printed on vertical block CSA watermarked paper and was issued from the Assistant Treasurer's Office in Jackson, MS on January 10, 1863 (witness the large back stamp). There are no additional IP stamps. PCGS Extremely Fine 40.
