The PF-17 example has an endorsement of G.W. Johnson and grades Very Fine. Both of the PF-12 notes have an endorsement of "Woods" and manuscript entries indicating that they were issued on February 7, 1863 and on January 1, 1863 in Jackson, MS. The latter note has an additional IP stamp usually associated with Texas, indicating that interest was paid to January 1, 1864. These two notes grade Fine-Very Fine.
