Military Endorsement of Major Charles S. Severson, AQM

    T41 $100 1862 PF-10 Cr. 315A PMG Very Fine 30.
At the time he issued this note to the field in March, 1863, Severson was serving as the Chief Quartermaster for General Nathan Bedford Forrest's Cavalry Corps. There is a lot going on on the back of this note, with a large Jackson, MS Assistant Treasurer's Office January 31, 1863 issue stamp as well as IP stamps from Knoxville and Augusta, GA in addition to Severson's large manuscript issue endorsement. The note itself is a pleasant mid-grade example with no problems worthy of comment.
