    Description

    T39 $100 1862 PF-4 Cr. 293.
Depositary & Collector W.T. Goodwin issued this Train note on Aug. 28, 1862. It is believed that Goodwin was located at Savannah as the notes he issued usually bear interest paid stamps from Savannah as does this example. PCGS Apparent Extremely Fine 40, with minor edge splits and damage listed as the reasons for the apparent grade. The areas of damage are at the margins and the note retains nice color and eye appeal overall.
