This note was printed by the Southern Bank Note Company (the New Orleans branch of the ABNCo.) A nicely penned issuance date of September 8, 1861 by Captain and ACS (Assistant Commissary of Subsistence) Ferdinand Molloy is found on the back. Choice Crisp Uncirculated.
