Act to "settle and adjust the accounts of the troops of this state in the service of the United States." Typeset with a left end indented border. With heavy pen cancels, and endorsed copiously on the verso. Very Good to Fine; Current Money 6% Interest Certificate for 100 Pounds. October 11, 1783. MD-11. Act for the acceptance of state certificates as payments. Signed by Harwood. A large hole cancel is at the center. Back endorsed. Very Fine.
