    Description

South Carolina March 6, 1776 £15 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30. The visual appeal of this South Carolina 1776 note is excellent. The seal is particularly sharp, with almost every detail of the Rattlesnake fighting the British lion, as well as every letter of the Latin motto, crystal clear. The Latin MAGNIS INTERDUM PARVA NOCENT roughly translates to, "Sometimes small things do harm to big ones." PCGS noted tape repaired edge splits on the back and left back corner repaired.
