    Description

South Carolina February 8, 1779 $50 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 25.
A lovely example of this lower denomination Coram note that is boldly signed with excellent margins. PCGS does note that there is edge damage which primarily refers to the edge notch located at the top center of the note. An inferior example graded Fine with similar edge notch but tight margins sold for $440.63 in 2013 and also we sold a PCGS Apparent VF 35 for $646.25 later that year. We are pretty sure this note should easily land in that price range.
