    Description

South Carolina April 10, 1778 10s PCGS Apparent Choice About New 55.
A very difficult note to assess as it is much nicer than advertised. Through the holder it looks to be a nice CU example but for some handling in the huge right margin. There are some minor stains but they really do little to affect the beauty of this well signed note. It has been over two years since we sold a nicer 10s note and the John J. Ford Jr. provenance is clearly evident as the old time quality is there.
