    South Carolina April 10, 1778 5s PCGS Gem New 65PPQ.
    PCGS has grade 31 examples of this note, with this and one other at the 65 level and with a single 66 above them. On top of being tied for second-finest graded, it also bears the signature of Charles Pinckney, Jr. Charles Pinckney, Jr. was a signer of the United States Constitution, a governor of South Carolina, a senator, and a member of the House of Representatives. He was a first cousin once removed of fellow signer Charles Cotesworth Pinckney.
