Pennsylvania January 1, 1756 10s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 20.
The text on the face of this note was well printed and the majority is clearly visible despite the comments on the holder concerning splits and repairs along with paper pulls and stains. The signatures have faded away, however the important "Printed by B. FRANKLIN, and D. HALL." imprint on the back remains clearly visible, making this a desirable piece. PMG has only graded one example as of mid-March 2012, a Fine 15. These notes are seldom encountered and our estimate may prove to be very conservative once the internet hammer falls on this lot.
